Simon practices corporate law with a focus on mergers and acquisition, venture capital financings, securities and corporate governance matters. He advises entrepreneurs, venture capital firms, private equity investors and start-ups in the technology sector on a broad range of corporate transactions.

Simon received his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School. Prior to joining the firm, Simon worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and obtained his Chartered Accountant designation. Simon is the founder and co-chair of Breakfast of Champions in support of SickKids, an annual fundraiser that has raised over $600,000 for SickKids Foundation.
