Sophie is an associate in the Montréal office and a member of the corporate Group. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities, private equity and venture capital. She has acted for venture capital/private equity funds and institutional investors in their portfolio investments and divestitures, and for corporations in connection with corporate finance transactions. She has also acted for purchasers and vendors in connection with acquisition, merger and restructuring transactions.
