Suzanne is the supervising law clerk in the Real Estate Group and participates in the administration and training of the real estate law clerks. Suzanne has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial real estate law with an emphasis on commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions and related lending transactions. Her work includes reviewing title and other matters related to the use of land in Ontario and across Canada; identifying and resolving title defects; negotiating title insurance; preparing and registering conveyancing and financing documentation and assisting in all aspects of real property transactions. Suzanne has developed particular expertise in organizing and coordinating large multi-property transactions in jurisdictions across Canada.
Suzanne is responsible for the training of the clerks in the Real Estate group and has participated as a speaker at in-house workshops for associate lawyers and clerks.
