Sydney is an associate in Osler’s Corporate group. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities, private equity transactions, and general corporate matters.
Sydney completed her Dual J.D. at the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy. While pursuing her undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Sydney was a member of the women’s hockey team and competed internationally for Team Canada.
Sydney joined the firm as a summer student in 2020 and completed her articles with the firm in 2022.
