Tamara has experience in a variety of litigation matters, including complex commercial litigation and arbitration, energy litigation, commercial leasing disputes, class action defence, employment defence and franchise litigation.

Tamara has appeared before arbitration tribunals in both Alberta and Ontario, as well as the Alberta Court of Appeal, the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench, the Provincial Court of Alberta, the Provincial Court of Saskatchewan, the Saskatchewan Court of Queen’s Bench, the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal, the Federal Court of Canada, and the Supreme Court of Canada.

    • A multi-national petrochemical company in a billion dollar dispute concerning the operation of a petrochemical plant in Alberta;
    • A national real estate investment company in connection with various commercial leasing disputes;
    • Employment litigation for various multi-national corporations involving corporate reorganization and restructuring;
    • Various multi-national hotel and food services franchisors in connection with various franchise disputes and terminations;
    • Multi-national oil and gas subsidiary in defence of a class action regarding a pension plan.
