Viktor is an associate in Osler’s Litigation group, and a member of the Regulatory, Indigenous and Environmental practice. He maintains a broad practice, with a variety of experience in commercial litigation, regulatory and environmental matters, arbitrations, and class actions.
Viktor obtained his J.D. at Queen’s University. While at Queen’s, he represented prison inmates in administrative tribunal hearings through the Queen’s Prison Law Clinic. Viktor was actively involved in the Queen’s Law competitive mooting program, placing first overall at the Queen’s Litigation Society Moot, advancing to the finals of the Hicks Morley Moot, and representing Queen’s in the Davies Corporate/Securities Moot. Prior to law school, he obtained a Bachelor of Arts, Combined Honours in Human Rights and Law, with a concentration in Business Law from Carleton University, where he graduated with High Distinction.
Viktor joined Osler as a summer student in 2020 and completed his articles with the firm in 2021-2022.
