Catherine is an associate in the Litigation Group. She maintains a general civil and commercial litigation practice, with experience in complex contractual disputes, construction, procurement and infrastructure litigation, tax and competition litigation, and class actions. Catherine has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Divisional Court, and the Ontario Court of Appeal, and has experience in alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration.
Catherine obtained both her LL.B. and B.C.L. at McGill University. At McGill, Catherine participated in the Laskin Moot and clerked at the Superior Court of Quebec. She received her B.A. (Hons.) in Classics and History at the University of Kings College.
Catherine joined the firm as a summer student in 2011 and articled at the firm from 2012 to 2013. She returned to the firm as an associate in 2013.
