Katherine (Kathy) Guilmette has worked in the trade-marks field since 1990 and is highly experienced in all facets of Canadian trade-mark practice. She practises in our Ottawa office where she is primarily involved in the preparation, filing and prosecution of Canadian trade-mark applications, opposition and cancellation proceedings, and licensing and enforcement of trade-mark rights. Kathy also handles filings for the registration of trade-marks around the world through Osler’s extensive network of foreign associate firms.
Kathy has been a registered Canadian Trade-mark Agent since 2005.
