    • Coalspur Mines (Operations) Ltd. with regard to the expansion of its $870 million Vista coal mine near Hinton, Alberta
    • Riversdale Resources with regard to regulatory and environmental permitting for the Grassy Mountain Steelmaking Coal Project in the Crowsnest Pass. The Project will be the subject of public hearings before a Joint Review Panel
    • Trans Mountain Pipeline ULC with regard to regulatory approvals, including detailed route hearings, for the Trans Mountain Expansion Project which will transport 890,000 bbl/d of petroleum products from Edmonton, Alberta to Canada’s west coast
    • *Assisted regulatory bodies in matters relating to professional discipline and registration
    • *Negotiation of settlements on a number of civil litigation matters before the Provincial Court of Alberta and the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench
