Osler has once again earned the silver band ranking in both the Firms and Firms: anti-counterfeiting categories of the 2024 World Trademark Review 1000. Four of our lawyers also earned special recognition individually for their “outstanding” legal expertise in various areas of trademark practice. The WTR 1000 has lauded Osler as an “ambitious business law firm” that “has made intellectual property a cornerstone of its offering.”
The firm also congratulates the following lawyers on earning eight individual rankings across three categories:

The WTR 1000 lauded Barry as having “considerably wide expertise, particularly in relation to copyright and related rights. As one foreign counsel said, “he is very responsive, extremely clear and thorough in his advice, and is someone I can completely rely on. I cannot speak highly enough about him.”
According to the WTR 1000, Kelly “draws on three decades in the field to provide IP advice related to major acquisitions and utilizes her extensive foreign network to best manage global portfolios for her patrons.”
