Once again, Osler is proud that our Intellectual Property Group has earned recognition from the Managing IP Americas Awards, an international program that honours remarkable IP achievements and developments. This year, the group was shortlisted for two awards in the Canadian division:
- Firm of the Year – Patent Disputes
- Firm of the Year – Trademark Disputes
Osler has fared well in previous versions of the Managing IP Americas Awards. The 2024 nominations echo the ones received in 2023, which were also in the patent disputes and trademark disputes categories. In 2022, the firm was nominated in eight categories. A year earlier, in 2021, Osler took home six awards.
The program, which began in 2006, will host a gala in New York City on April 25, 2024, to announce the award winners from Latin America, the Caribbean, the United States and Canada.
