Osler is proud to participate in IFA Canada’s 2024 Tax Conference. The program will focus on international taxation issues impacting cross-border transactions.
This year, Osler Tax Partner Kim Maguire will co-present an IFA 2024 Congress Report on ‘Finding the Meaning of Nexus for Taxes – Past, Present and Future.’ Osler lawyers Amanda Heale and Kaitlin Gray will participate in the panel discussion ‘Hybrid Mismatch Rules: What’s Cooking?’ and Osler Tax Partner Pooja Mihailovich will participate in the panel discussion ‘Amended GAAR: What you need to know!’ both on May 15.
