The next module in the Osler AI webinar series - key issues in M&A transactions for AI companies, part 2, takes a deep dive into large language models. This module features special guest Michael Kauffman, CEO and General Counsel of Tech DNA, a company specializing in software assessment and technical due diligence, including of ML/AI generally and LLMs specifically.
Michael will be joined by Osler partners Sam Ip (Technology) and Sophie Amyot (Corporate). Together, they will focus on the intricacies of due diligence in M&A transactions involving AI companies, with a focus on considerations specific to LLMs. As an increasing number of innovative technology solutions are based on LLMs, a rudimentary understanding is invaluable for successful M&A transactions in this space.
