On June 16, 2021, TRC Companies announced the acquisition of the business assets of Quatric, provider of operational technology expertise and engineering services. The strategic acquisition will strengthen TRC’s investment in digital technologies. In addition, the acquisition will expand TRC’s North America presence and enhance Quatric’s offerings to clients throughout Canada.
