Entering her second year at the University of British Columbia, Peter A. Allard School of Law, Grace is a member of the Allard Law and Business Society, Allard Law Women’s Caucus, and sits as an Associate Editor for the Black Canadian Law Journal. Prior to entering law school, Grace achieved her Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Wilfrid Laurier University where she also specialized in Legal Studies and Research. During this time, Grace worked with professors as an Instructional Assistant to the second-year course Introduction to Law, whilst also spending much of her time volunteering as an Academic Tutor and ESL Teacher.
As a summer student at Osler, Grace has drafted written submissions to the Trademarks Opposition Board, developed a comprehensive due-diligence report on greenwashing disputes in commonwealth jurisdictions for clients in the Competition and Environment groups, and has completed the 2021 Opinion Summary Reviews with the Banking & Financial Services group. Grace is currently completing rotations through the Commercial Franchising & Distribution and Employment and Labour Groups where she continues to become well versed in a variety of practice areas across the firm.
