Jack is cross-appointed to the Litigation Department and the Insolvency and Restructuring Group in the Montréal office. His practice involves corporate and commercial litigation, with a particular focus and expertise on restructuring and insolvency matters.
Jack has represented debtors, creditors and appointed court officers in restructuring and insolvency matters before the courts. Jack has also participated in major contractual and shareholder disputes.
Jack holds a Licentiate in Laws from the University of Ottawa, graduating Summa Cum Laude. During his studies Jack served as a student law clerk to the Honourable Justice Claude Dallaire of the Quebec Superior Court, completed a legal internship at a major transportation company, and acted as a research assistant. Jack was also a silver medalist at the Laskin Moot Court Competition in the Factums category.
Prior to joining Osler, Jack worked for a boutique law firm specializing in litigation.
