Jean-Philippe is an associate in our Montreal office and is a member of the firm’s Business Law Department. He has been listed as a One to Watch - Mergers and Acquisitions in Best Lawyers in Canada. Jean-Philippe practices corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. He has experience acting for private and public issuers, financial institutions, investment funds and investment banks, as well as for industry leaders in a range of sectors, including technology, retail, gaming, cannabis, energy and gas, life sciences, biotechnology and pharmaceuticals.
