Peter is an associate in the Corporate Group of our Vancouver office. His practice focuses on securities, capital markets, and corporate law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, public offerings, corporate finance, and continuous disclosure obligations.

Prior to joining Osler, Peter completed his articles at another leading national law firm.
