Laurianne assists the firm’s corporate lawyers in the drafting of documents required to keep corporations current with their filing and disclosure obligations, including annual resolutions, returns and reports, extra-provincial registrations, registrations in Québec, as well as incorporations, amendments, continuations, dissolutions and internal bookkeeping. She also assists senior paralegals with the closing of different transactions. She practised in several corporate law areas since 2008. She joined Osler in 2013 as a junior paralegal.
