On November 6, 2019, Dream Unlimited Corp. completed the sale of its renewable power portfolio stake to Potentia Renewables Inc. for $47.2 million. The renewable portfolio includes three ground-mount solar projects totaling 43MW in Ontario and four wind farms totaling 24MW in Nova Scotia. The acquisition of the renewable power portfolio stake will position Potentia with over 500MW of projects in operation and 300MW of wind projects.
