Susan's practice focuses on corporate, commercial and construction litigation and arbitration. She has experience in international commercial and investment treaty arbitration across various industries, including natural resources, construction and infrastructure. She has also worked on matters involving various aspects of public international law.

Prior to joining Osler, Susan worked at the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) where she assisted arbitral tribunals in inter-State, investor-State, and international commercial arbitration matters. She also assisted the Secretary-General of the PCA in his role as appointing and designating authority in arbitration cases. Susan further acted as a co-Registrar of the Mauritius International Arbitration Centre. She previously practiced law in Nairobi.
