Wesley is an Associate in Osler’s Corporate Group. His practice focuses on corporate finance and securities, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Osler, Wesley was an Associate at a leading corporate governance boutique where he advised public, private and government-controlled boards, special committees, management teams and institutional investors on all aspects of corporate governance and securities law.

Wesley received his J.D. from the University of Ottawa, graduating cum laude. During law school he worked as a Research Assistant for Professor Michael Geist. Wesley previously served as an advisor to senior Ontario politicians, including Ontario’s Attorney General.
