Osler is pleased to announce the admission of the following lawyers to the role of counsel:
- Geoffrey Langen – Based in Ottawa, Geoffrey practises intellectual property law with a focus on pharmaceutical patent litigation. He also has experience in trademark litigation and matters related to data protection under the Food and Drug Regulations. Geoffrey has appeared as counsel before the Federal Court and the Federal Court of Appeal.
- Heidi Wong – A member of the Corporate Practice Group in Calgary, Heidi’s practice includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities, corporate governance and general corporate matters. She has been involved in a broad range of transactional work, including the sale and acquisition of public and private companies, complex corporate reorganizations and debt and equity offerings in the public and private markets.
