Geoff practises intellectual property law with a focus on pharmaceutical patent litigation. He also has experience in trade-mark litigation and matters related to data protection under the Food and Drug Regulations.  Geoff has appeared as counsel before the Federal Court and the Federal Court of Appeal. 

Before joining the firm, Geoff practised at a boutique law firm that specializes in intellectual property law.
