Logan is an employment and labour lawyer who represents employers and executives in all manner of workplace-related conflicts before courts, tribunals, and arbitrators. His practice includes employment standards, human rights, and wrongful dismissal claims, as well as labour grievances and union disputes. He is also experienced in matters involving post-employment competition concerns.
Additionally, Logan counsels on employment law compliance, employment contracts, workplace policies, and employment aspects of corporate transactions.
Prior to joining Osler’s employment and labour practice, Logan gained experience in a range of commercial, environmental, and administrative law matters in the firm’s litigation group. He has successfully represented clients before the British Columbia Provincial Court, Alberta Court of Justice, Alberta Court of Kings Bench (Civil Chambers), and in administrative tribunal proceedings.
