Kyle Abrey

Kyle is an Associate Director of Osler Works – Transactional, a service that uses cutting-edge technology, streamlined processes and skilled legal professionals to support our deal teams and clients largely in the context of transactions. He oversees a team of lawyers and paralegals in connection with negotiating and closing financing transactions.

Kyle has over 10 years of experience advising clients in the financial services industry. He worked as a corporate and financial services associate with CMS in Edinburgh, which included secondments to a professional regulatory body in Brussels, focusing on European Union law, and to Standard Life, assisting with a corporate acquisition. Most recently, prior to returning to private practice with Osler, Kyle was at HSBC Bank Canada supporting commercial lending transactions and served as in-house counsel to Royal Bank of Canada advising its wealth management business.
