Osler’s Intellectual Property Practice Group has received a Tier 1 ranking for copyright for the sixth straight year in Managing Intellectual Property’s 2017 IP Stars survey for Canada.
The internationally renowned publication is a highly regarded source of news and analysis pertaining to IP developments around the globe. In assessing its rankings, IP Stars (formerly World IP survey) conducts research and a series of interviews over a six-month period from more than 70 jurisdictions, including the most active for IP protection, exploitation and enforcement.
