Osler is proud to be named Best National Firm for Talent Management and earned the National Law Firm of the Year Award at the Euromoney Legal Media Group’s inaugural Americas Rising Star Awards 2018, held at the Pierre Hotel in New York on September 27.
These awards recognize Osler’s many initiatives to support the development of current and future leading lawyers. Projects highlighted include Osler’s career coaching services for associates and law students, our associate support and mentoring programs, as well as our Legal Professional Resource Groups including the Osler Women Lawyers Network, the Osler Pride Network and the Asia-Pacific Affinity Network. These initiatives represent Osler’s dedication to diversity, professional development and talent management.
The Americas Rising Stars Awards celebrate pre-eminent law firms across a number of practice areas, while also highlighting the progress of firms with respect to recruitment policies, mentoring, talent management and succession planning. The awards, based on a series of peer review interviews with practitioners, also recognize Rising Star lawyers under the age of 40.
