On February 19, 2019, Information Services Corporation (ISC), through its wholly owned subsidiary ESC Corporate Services Ltd., acquired all of the assets used in the business of Securefact Transaction Services, Inc. for $6.8 million by way of an asset purchase agreement.
The acquisition of Securefact will strengthen ISC’s portfolio of Know Your Customer solutions and services in Canada, including individual verification, beneficial ownership solution and enhanced business verification.
ESC Corporate Services, a subsidiary of Information Services Corporation, provides online corporate public record due diligence and filing services for new business owners.
Securefact Transaction Services, based in Toronto, develops and markets customer identification, regulatory compliance, secured lending, and digital onboarding software.
