On October 15, 2019, BC Ferries announced the closing of a $250 million senior secured bonds. The privately placed bonds were sold to investors across Canada and issued pursuant to BC Ferries’ capital markets platform. The syndicate of agents included RBC Dominion Securities Inc., BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc., CIBC World Markets Inc., TD Securities Inc., and Scotia Capital Inc.

BC Ferries is one of the largest ferry operators in the world, providing year-round vehicle and passenger transportation. BC Ferries is an essential transportation link that connects coastal communities and facilitates the movement of people, goods and services.
