Olivia is an associate in our Pension & Benefits group. She supports the group in advising plan sponsors and administrators of federally and provincially-registered pension plans and other benefit plans on administration, plan design and compliance, among other things.
She joined Osler as a summer student in 2017 and completed her articles with the firm in 2019.
Olivia completed her J.D. at Osgoode Hall Law School in 2018. She earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto in 2015, where she studied international and European affairs. Prior to joining Osler, Olivia worked as an intern under the ministers responsible for the Ontario Retirement Pension Plan at Ontario’s Ministry of Finance, and as a Research Assistant for Professor Sean Rehaag in the area of refugee law.
