Reba is an associate in Osler’s Competition and Foreign Investment group. Her practice covers all aspects of competition/antitrust law, foreign investment and international trade, across a broad range of industry sectors.

Reba is a graduate of the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. During law school, she spent a semester abroad in France at the Université Jean- Moulin Lyon 3, where she studied international business law. Reba was elected co-chair of the University of Toronto Tax Law Society, served as an officer of the Students Law Society and completed the Mergers & Acquisitions Litigation Externship.

Prior to law school, Reba obtained a Bachelors of Knowledge Integration with minors in Legal Studies and Philosophy at the University of Waterloo, where she graduated with distinction. She has worked as a Policy Risk Analyst at the Royal Bank of Canada and was an intern with a leading education software company’s legal team. In her spare time, she volunteers with the Women’s Legal Education and Access Fund.

Reba joined Osler as a summer student in 2019 and completed her articles with the firm in 2020-2021.
