Osler congratulates Sandra Abitan, the Managing Partner of the firm’s Montréal office, on winning the Leadership Award from the Association of Québec Women in Finance (AFFQ). The AFFQ awards were presented at the 13th Annual Les Talentueuses Gala “S'unir aujourd'hui, bâtir le futur” on April 11, 2018, at the Queen Elizabeth Hotel in Montréal.
The annual gala brings together people from the business and finance sectors to “applaud the exceptional careers, talents and accomplishments of leading professional women who have particularly distinguished themselves in the previous 12 months.”
Founded in May 2002, the AFFQ is composed of nearly 700 Québec women in finance. It organizes several networking, professional development and international business activities each year and provides its members with preferred access to a major worldwide network of women in finance, including women in the New York market.
