His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and strategic corporate matters, advising a diverse client base including acquirors, targets, private equity sponsors, boards of directors, special committees and investment banks. Mr. Pressman is a frequent speaker in Canada and the United States on topics relating to mergers and acquisitions and corporate law.
