The following partners are being recognized:
Olivia Dixon is a corporate and commercial litigation lawyer in Osler’s Calgary office, with a primary focus on energy litigation, construction litigation and international commercial arbitration. Her experience includes complex contractual disputes involving leases, ownership interests, operating agreements and processing agreements. She has also acted in litigation surrounding major resource projects.
Carly Fidler is in Osler’s Toronto office and provides strategic counsel to clients facing complex legal challenges, particularly in business-critical corporate and commercial disputes, construction and infrastructure disputes, and tax litigation. Her diverse group of clients include major financial institutions, government entities, and multinational public and private corporations.
Jessica Harding is a litigation partner in Osler’s Montréal office. Her practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, and international private law. She has previously appeared before the Access to information Commission of Québec, various arbitral tribunals, the Court of Québec, the Superior Court of Québec, the Québec Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.
Previously, Jessica was recognized as Lawyer of the Year in Civil and Commercial Litigation by the Jeune Barreau de Montréal (Young Bar Association of Montréal).
Adam Hirsh practices complex, high-stakes commercial and corporate litigation for both Canadian and global companies in the firm’s Toronto office. His expertise is broad ranging, covering commercial disputes and private arbitration, class action defence (with a focus on competition, consumer protection and product liability claims), tax disputes and insolvency matters.
Osler’s National Litigation and Dispute Resolution team litigates business-critical issues for organizations in Canada and around the world. They are best known for handling complex corporate/commercial disputes and arbitration and defending major institutional clients on high-profile and precedent-setting cases. Our industry-recognized team members are experts in complex commercial litigation as well as in the litigation specialties that major corporations often call on.
