Jessica is a litigator in the Montréal office. She has completed her Juris Doctor and bachelor’s degrees at the Faculty of Law at Université de Montréal. She obtained her bachelor's degree in biomedical sciences and her master’s degree in pharmacology from the Faculty of Medicine at Université de Montréal. Jessica’s practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, including more particularly consumer class actions, product liability litigation, arbitration and international private law. Jessica has appeared before the Access to information Commission of Québec, various arbitral tribunals, the Court of Québec, the Superior Court of Québec, the Québec Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.

    • Amex Bank of Canada and Toronto Dominion Bank, in a proposed class action alleging the breach of section of the Consumer Protection Act
    • Amex Bank of Canada in its defence against 4 class actions concerning credit cards fees and various provisions of the Consumer Protection Act
    • La société des casinos du Québec Inc., in a proposed class action alleging breaches to the Consumer Protection Act
    • Imperial Tobacco Canada Limited, before the Québec Superior Court and the Québec Court of Appeal, in relation to its defence against two class actions regarding product liability
    • Target Corporation Inc., before the Québec Superior Court and the Québec Court of Appeal, in relation with a privacy class action relating to a data breach
    • Trans Union of Canada Inc. in various proceedings before the Access to Information Commission of Québec
    • A major electronics manufacturer, defending against claims brought by consumers pursuant to the Québec Consumer Protection Act
