Jessica is a litigator in the Montréal office. She has completed her Juris Doctor and bachelor’s degrees at the Faculty of Law at Université de Montréal. She obtained her bachelor's degree in biomedical sciences and her master’s degree in pharmacology from the Faculty of Medicine at Université de Montréal. Jessica’s practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, including more particularly consumer class actions, product liability litigation, arbitration and international private law. Jessica has appeared before the Access to information Commission of Québec, various arbitral tribunals, the Court of Québec, the Superior Court of Québec, the Québec Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.
