Osler is proud to announce that our Intellectual Property group has taken top honours in three categories at the Managing IP Americas Awards 2022. The group has been recognized as Copyright Firm of the Year (Canada), receiving that distinction for the second year in a row, and IP Transactions Firm of the Year (Canada). J. Bradley White was named Practitioner of the Year (Patent).

For the second year running, the IP group also won an Impact Case of the Year Award.

Following the team’s strong showing in the 2022 World Trademark Review 1000 and IAM Patent 1000: The World’s Leading Patent Professionals, these impressive results reflect Osler’s excellence and reputation in IP litigation, prosecution and transactions across all disciplines, including patents, trademarks and copyright. Last fall, Managing IP recognized Osler partner Faylene Lunn and associates Lillian Wallace and Sydney Young as Rising Stars in Canada.

Held annually, the prestigious Managing IP Awards identify and honour remarkable achievements and developments in IP practice over the past year. Recipients are selected through a rigorous research methodology.

Award winners were announced at a ceremony in New York City on April 7.
