Véronique practises in corporate law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and commercial matters.

Véronique acts for buyers and sellers in local and international M&A transactions, private and public issuers, financial institutions, investment funds and investment banks, as well as for industry leaders in a range of sectors, including retail, technology, life sciences, biotechnology and media.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Juris Doctor from the University of Montréal. She also completed a semester abroad at the University of Adelaide in Australia and interned at the Clinique Juridique Juripop as part of her LL.B.

Véronique is a national-level athlete in golf. As part of her university studies, she won the Canadian University Championship representing the University of Montréal and was recognized as an Étoile Académique du sport d’excellence des Carabins.
