Véronique practises in corporate law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and commercial matters.

Véronique acts for buyers and sellers in local and international M&A transactions, private and public issuers, financial institutions, investment funds and investment banks, as well as for industry leaders in a range of sectors, including retail, technology, life sciences, biotechnology and media.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Juris Doctor from the University of Montréal. She also completed a semester abroad at the University of Adelaide in Australia.
