On August 25, 2021, Flinks announced the acquisition of a majority stake by National Bank of Canada in Flinks for $103 million. The acquisition allows National Bank to increase its share from 28% to 80% and will provide Flinks with $30 million in new capital. The proceeds will allow Flinks to accelerate its expansion into the United States and grow its reach across North America.
