Stephanie is an associate in Osler’s Emerging and High Growth Companies Group. Her practice focuses on emerging companies, venture capital, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.
Stephanie completed the J.D. program at Osgoode Hall Law School. During law school, she volunteered as a case worker for the Osgoode Venture Capital Clinic and served as a chair of the Osgoode Hall Law Journal. Prior to law school, Stephanie obtained a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from Queen’s University.
Stephanie joined the firm with Osler Works – Transactional in 2022.
