Sereena Dosanjh is an associate in the Emerging and High Growth Companies Group of our Calgary office. Her practice focuses on venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.
She advises high-growth companies, investors, and founders across all stages of the business lifecycle, from incorporation and organization through successive financing rounds and strategic exits.
Before joining Osler, Sereena gained valuable experience working in the technology start-up and health-care sectors, as well as with non-profit organizations. During law school, she served as President of the Law and Business Association and worked as a research assistant for Dr. Faith Majekolagbe.
Sereena holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Psychology, also from the University of Alberta.
