Josh Nahmias

Josh Nahmias

Josh is currently enrolled in the JD program at the University of Calgary Faculty of Law, where he has held several leadership and extracurricular roles, including President of the Energy Law Club, Vice President of Sports and Recreation for the Society of Law Students, and editor with the Alberta Law Review. He has also gained experience in the energy and regulatory space through his work at the Alberta Utilities Commission and a corporate counsel externship with the Alberta Energy Regulator.

Prior to law school, Josh earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Toronto and a Master of Arts in Political Science from the University of Western Ontario. Before beginning his legal studies, he worked at the Ontario Ministry of Energy as a Senior Policy Advisor.
