On October 2, 2019, Rise People Inc. ("Rise") announced its acquisition of San Francisco-based AI-driven virtual coaching company, Hazel Innovations. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Rise People is Canada’s first and only all-in-one people management platform. Rise offers a modern suite of employee engagement HR, benefits, and payroll solutions.
The acquisition connects Rise’s people management tool with Hazel’s digital coaching, allowing Rise to help its customers build a culture of engagement through consistent feedback.
