Emily is an associate in the disputes department in the Montréal office. Her practice includes a broad range of civil and commercial litigation matters, with a focus on class action defense. She also has experience working on investigations and compliance matters. Her practice tends to focus on areas involving complex legal research and analysis, as well as the drafting of legal opinions and briefs.
Emily maintains an active pro bono legal practice, namely in the field of housing law. Prior to joining the firm, she obtained both civil and common law degrees from McGill University, as well as a B.A. in Political Science from Concordia University.
