Shae-Lynne is an associate with our Corporate group. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities, and general corporate matters.
Shae-Lynne completed her JD at Osgoode Hall Law School. Prior to attending law school, Shae-Lynne completed a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting at the University of Saskatchewan. Before completing her undergraduate degree, Shae-Lynne was a summer student in the Audit group at a Big Four accounting firm.
Shae-Lynne joined the firm as a summer student in 2022 and completed her articles with the firm in 2024.
