On November 10, 2022, it was announced that ePact Network had been acquired by Clubessential Holdings, the leading provider of club membership management and payment solutions. With this acquisition, Clubessential will use ePact’s easy-to-use software platform to expand their integrated recreation management offering.
ePact Network offers a secure emergency network used by youth organizations across North America.
