Roger Gillott, Partner, Litigation, will be delivering a presentation titled Managing Priority Issues Between Mortgages and Construction Liens at the Law Society of Upper Canada’s Conference, “Commercial Mortgage Transactions 2014” in Toronto on September 16, 2014. The conference will focus on commercial mortgage transactions, specifically looking at due diligence and documentary mistakes magnified on account of dealing with such large sums of money. Roger and his fellow presenters will provide the tools to protect yourself and your client. Issues will also be examined from both the borrower's and the lender’s perspective.
