Given their rapid growth and appetite for risk, early-stage companies are frequently plagued by disputes between their various stakeholders. These can easily escalate to litigation, which can become a distraction for the companies and a deterrent for their investors. Accordingly, it is important to try to manage these disputes in a way that minimizes the impact on the company.
