Reconciliation with Canada’s indigenous peoples is not an act of simply apologizing for past wrongs, or a matter of benevolence or charity. It is a matter of respect and recognition, of building bridges and new relationships. As Canadians seek to understand and implement the Truth and Reconciliation Commission’s (TRC) recommendations, Osler is delighted to host a discussion with Senator Murray Sinclair, who served as Chair of the TRC.
