(“Behaviour”) entered into an investment agreement with NetEase Interactive Entertainment, an existing shareholder, and Haveli Investments, a new investor, pursuant to which a minority stake of Behaviour was acquired. This equity financing will allow Behaviour’s continuous growth, including through acquisitions.
